Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sour Me Sweet Confectionery. At the moment, we are only shipping within Canada, with local delivery available in Halifax, NS and the surrounding areas.
The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy
**Standard shipping rates will apply. There is the option of expedited shipping and a quote will be provided at checkout.
**We offer Local Delivery in 4 Zones. There is a flat rate fee for this service. If your address falls within a specific zone, the delivery option will pop up at check out. The following delivery zones are:
$5.99 for Halifax Peninsula
$8.99 for Dartmouth, Bedford, Armdale, Burnside and Clayton Park
$10.99 for Lower Sackville and Cole Harbour
$13.99 for Waverly, Hammonds Plains, Tantallon, Timberlea, Spryfield, Eastern Passage and Fall River
Orders for local delivery are processed Monday - Friday with a delivery option of Monday - Sunday. Orders received after 3pm on the Friday will be prepared on the Monday after (depending on the number of received orders over the weekend, there may be a slight delay in preparation). If your order is time sensitive please reach out to us and we will do what we can to help :) If you have any preferences for a delivery date, please make a note specifying a day or any special instructions and we will confirm.
Shipping Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a higher than normal volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow time for deliveries. We use Canada Post and depending on the season, they may be experiencing greater volume that might create delays. Please allow up to 10 business days after your order has shipped for your delivery to arrive. If your delivery has not arrived within this timeframe please contact us via our email.
Sour Me Sweet Confectionery is not responsible for damages after order has shipped. Please note that during hot weather some items such as chocolate may melt during shipping. Though we do take precautions to help prevent this. We reserve the right to not ship products at any time. In the event that this occurs, a refund will be processed.
